• I hereby apply to compete in the Baekho Martial Arts Taekwondo Championship, and I acknowledge that the competition will be held at Atria Shopping Gallery, on 12th September 2026.
• I understand that Taekwondo is a physically demanding sport and involves inherent risks. I will not hold the W.T.F, Taekwondo Malaysia or Baekho Martial Arts, or its duly appointed officials responsible for any injuries or fatalities that may occur during this event.
• I have carefully read and understood the above-mentioned terms and conditions and agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by Baekho Martial Arts.
